Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement.
Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions they may have.
Patient Registration, insurance authorizations and verifications, collect co-pays.
Excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1+ years working in a medical front desk/general front desk/customer service rep type role.
• Must have excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Must be able to multitask and manage heavy workload.
• Must have strong computer skills.
