What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for patients—greet, register, and assist them throughout their visit.
- Manage patient appointments, update records, and verify insurance eligibility.
- Collect co-pays, explain billing processes, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Answer phone calls, assist with scheduling, and provide general office support.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient clinic operation by multitasking and problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For
- Current student in a CMA, EMT, or LPN program (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Reliable transportation to commute to multiple clinic locations.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
