Patient Service Representative
About the role
The Patient Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring that our patients have a positive experience from the moment they contact us until their treatment. You will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing general information to patients.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Providing general information about our services and answering common questions
- Handling inquiries and concerns from patients
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English
