About the role

The Patient Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring that our patients have a positive experience from the moment they contact us until their treatment. You will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing general information to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Providing general information about our services and answering common questions
  • Handling inquiries and concerns from patients
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English
