About the role
As a Patient Service Representative at Metro Vein Centers, you will be a key member of our compassionate and dedicated team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our patients have a positive and efficient experience from their initial contact until their follow-up visit. You will be responsible for greeting patients, answering their questions, scheduling appointments, and providing general information about our services.Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally
- Answer patient inquiries regarding appointment scheduling, insurance coverage, and treatment options
- Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments
- Provide general information about Metro Vein Centers’ services and facilities
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a courteous and effective manner
- Follow up with patients post-appointment to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
