About the role

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and efficient patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and workflows
  • Interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members
  • Communicate effectively and professionally
  • Enter patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
  • Handle inquiries and concerns with tact and diplomacy
  • Work under pressure and maintain composure
  • Attend and complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policy/procedure
  • Adaptability and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

  • One year of applicable medical office experience preferred
