Responsibilities
- Review the Patient Service Representative workflow by helping the team document status and next action for authorized teammates.
- Maintain the Patient Service Representative workflow by helping the team keep accurate administrative care records.
- Track the Patient Service Representative workflow by helping the team coordinate routine non-clinical follow-up.
- Own the Patient Service Representative workflow by helping the team protect sensitive information throughout the process.
- Coordinate the Patient Service Representative workflow by helping the team route clinical or policy questions to authorized staff.
Requirements
- Use Provider Support and Dementia Care Navigation Support confidently when carrying out patient service representation.

Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$68,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, entry-level, 100% remote within the United States.
