Job Title: Patient Experience Representative Job Description As a Patient Experience Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively coordinate services for patients and their families. You will engage in departmental and organizational initiatives with a focus on continuous process improvement and perform various administrative functions to support departmental and hospital operations. Responsibilities Provide positive and effective customer service that supports unit operations.Collaborate with referring providers and practices.Obtain required authorizations to compile patient and staff schedules.Schedule patients and support patient encounters.Record and forward messages, triage calls for urgent information or services, and initiate calls for emergency services.Process admissions and discharges.Provide routine clerical support as needed. Essential Skills Proficiency in customer service within a medical or healthcare setting.Experience in front desk operations and patient management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated interest and ability in departmental and organizational initiatives.Focus on continuous process improvement. Work Environment This position operates in a medical facility where you will interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers. The role requires adherence to professional attire and conduct standards. You will work part-time hours and contribute to maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for all patients and staff. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
