About the Opportunity:The Patient Service Representative 1 supports patient scheduling and communication within the healthcare system. This role is responsible for managing incoming patient calls, accurately documenting necessary information, and coordinating appointment scheduling to ensure efficient patient access to providers. The position contributes to effective patient engagement and operational efficiency in the patient service process. 3. Responsibilities:• Independently handle incoming calls with accuracy and efficiency.• Select appropriate communication methods tailored to different audiences.• Use EPIC scheduling processes to match patients with suitable providers.• Meet or exceed contact center metrics, including availability, first call resolution, and quality scores.• Collect and document patient medical, financial, demographic, and insurance information.• Facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff regarding medical or appointment needs.• Ensure reliable internet service for remote work or report to a designated site as needed.• Communicate scheduling changes professionally and promptly to all relevant parties.• Perform additional duties as assigned. 4.Requirement:• High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors. 6.
