Patient Service Represent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team at our Fuquay Main office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with patients and our dental teams to create the ideal patient experience. The PSR acts as a central administrative liaison, bridging communication between patients and the dental office to support a seamless and positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional and positive attitude when answering calls and during patient/office interaction
• Actively listens to patient concerns or needs and forwards information to Office Manager, Regional Director, Training & Development Manager, and Sr. PSR
• Answers, directs, and provides information and assistance to all callers
• Answers, directs, and responds to all emails from info@lanedds.com and info@ncoso.com
• Answers, directs, and responds to chat line for lanedds.com and ncoso.com
• Consistently monitors voicemail messages for prompt response
• Contacts all potential new patients from all marketing events
• Contacts all promotional requests received online and schedules accordingly
• Keeps up to date with all promotions, new providers’ schedules, and locations
• Documents all interactions in appropriate system, updates call log and promotion log
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 2 years of dental front desk experience required
• Denticon and/or Dolphin experience is preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to lift 15–20 lbs
• Position is in-office; not remote
