Patient Service Representative Position Summary Are you organized, friendly, and good at keeping things moving when the phones are ringing, patients are checking in, and someone has a question that needs answered right now? We’re looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team. This position is often the first person our patients interact with, making it an important part of creating a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience. As a Patient Services Representative, you’ll support patients throughout their visit while working closely with our medical, dental, and behavioral health teams.
