Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is one of the largest medical practices in New England with multiple locations throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island. Our team includes professionals ranging from Medical Assistants to Physician Assistants, offering primary care, urgent care, and more than 30 different specialties.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, answer routine questions, register patients, and maintain records and accounts.
- Create a positive patient experience by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers and ensuring efficient office operations.
- Schedule appointments to provide timely, accurate, friendly, and clinically appropriate patient access.
- Respond to incoming correspondence from patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and others in accordance with patient privacy and safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, OR a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Relevant experience in a fast-paced medical office highly preferred.
- Epic experience preferred.
- Positive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
