Patient Service Coordinator - Part Time
About the role
Blue Cloud is a pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center company focused on dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients. We are seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our care teams.
Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients and family members
- Manage appointments and daily schedule
- Manage and provide patients and their families with appropriate forms and informational documents
- Provide customer service
- Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong background in patient care environment
