Patient Scheduler

About the role

Centrally coordinates inpatient and outpatient procedures, testing, infusions, and appointments and assures accurate processing of these for physicians and their scheduling personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inpatient and outpatient procedures, testing, infusions, and appointments.
• Ensure accurate processing of scheduling requests for physicians and their scheduling personnel.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a medical office setting (preferred).
• Medication and/or infusion experience (preferred).

Skills

• Typing/keyboarding skills (required).
• Customer service skills (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
