About The Position
Patient Sales Consultant (Sleep Health) – Baltimore, MD
Pivotal Health | Full-Time | Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shifts: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM • 11:30 AM–8:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients who have been referred for home sleep testing
- Quickly build rapport and create a positive, engaging experience
- Break down the testing process, equipment, and insurance in clear, simple terms
- Handle objections with confidence and close patients on moving forward
- Collect any required upfront payments
- Document interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality patient experience
Who You Are
- A natural sales professional who knows how to connect, influence, and close
- Background in retail sales, hospitality, restaurant service, or inside sales
- Comfortable educating patients, asking for commitment, and overcoming objections
- High-energy, goal-oriented, and motivated by hitting targets
- Strong communicator who follows through and stays organized
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years sales or customer-facing experience (retail, restaurant, hospitality, or call center preferred)
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Inside sales or call center sales experience required
- Strong customer service background
- Comfortable talking with patients and educating them
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly goals
- Clear communicator with strong follow up skills
