As a Patient Representative at Riverside Medical Clinic, you will assist patients in navigating their healthcare needs and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Answering patient inquiries regarding appointment scheduling, insurance coverage, and billing procedures.
• Assisting patients with registration and providing general information about clinic services.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information as needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
