Patient Representative
About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Care Representative who provides expertise and champions patient care. You will be part of an amazing team that supports each other and values meaningful patient care.
Responsibilities
- Check-in patients in a timely manner.
- Ensure all Web Check-in procedures are followed.
- Answer phone calls to the clinic and provide information or refer questions as needed.
- Verify insurance timely and accurately.
- Ensure the occupational client’s preference card is followed and occupational procedures are reviewed.
- Review all patient paperwork to ensure completeness and collect necessary insurance/demographic information.
- Complete Daily Balance Checklist after each shift, accounting for and documenting all forms of payment.
- Willing to travel/float between all MD Now locations within assigned area (preferred).
Requirements
- 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting (preferred).
- Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start (required).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work with multiple computer programs.
