Availability Summary
- Absolutely responsible for the accurate collection and input of computer data as it relates to revenue cycle.
- Absolutely responsible for improved customer satisfaction.
- Absolutely responsible for maintaining a minimum standard of productivity that meets both performance and quality standards while performing multiple jobs.
- Absolutely assist with training new employees or with implementing new processes.
Other Information
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year related experience or Associates or Bachelor degree in the health care field.
- Customer service and computer skills required.
- This job will be authorized 0.08 hours bi-weekly.
