Patient Relationship Specialist

About the role

This is a phone-heavy, relationship-driven role. You will spend the majority of your day speaking with patients who have already expressed interest (warm leads). Building trust quickly. Guiding them toward scheduling their consultation.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with prospective patients over the phone within minutes.
• Guide patients through their options and confidently move them toward booking a consultation.
• Follow up consistently with patients who are considering treatment but haven’t scheduled yet.
• Understand where each patient is in their decision-making process and communicate accordingly.
• Track conversations and outcomes using internal systems.
• Hit and exceed daily/weekly performance goals (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the team to improve conversion and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, call center, or patient coordination is a plus.
