- Orchestrate the "Sugarbug Experience": Deliver a VIP first impression for families, ensuring a seamless transition from the front door to the clinical chair.
- Strategic Revenue Cycle Support: Manage insurance eligibility verification and financial transactions with absolute accuracy and professional discretion.
- Precision Scheduling: Optimize the doctor's schedule to ensure maximum efficiency without compromising our "patience-first" philosophy for children.
- Digital Leadership: Navigate our technology-forward practice management systems to maintain pristine digital patient records.
- Community Relations: Act as a liaison between our practice and the Camarillo/Oxnard communities we serve.
The Ideal Candidate
- Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Business, Psychology, or Healthcare Admin) is highly preferred.
