Patient Registration Therapies

About the role

Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused Access Center tasks (pre-registration verification, pre-admission, limited financial counseling, scheduling and follow up appointments, co-pay collection, collaborate with bed placement coordinators, order entry, account verification and updates, urgent registrations).

Works collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.

Must be flexible and willing to work in different physical locations and roles as needed to meet customer needs.

Expected to report as needed during periods of inclement weather, disasters, and state's of emergency.

Responsibilities

• Perform multiple customer-focused Access Center tasks (pre-registration verification, pre-admission, limited financial counseling, scheduling and follow up appointments, co-pay collection, collaborate with bed placement coordinators, order entry, account verification and updates, urgent registrations).
• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
• Be flexible and willing to work in different physical locations and roles as needed to meet customer needs.
• Report as needed during periods of inclement weather, disasters, and state's of emergency.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Prefer knowledge/exp. with SMS/Invision and one-year previous work experience with automated scheduling and registration applications preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma Graduate or Equivalent.
• Experience: 1 Year job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Care Admin - Registration.

Skills

• Knowledge of SMS/Invision.
• Previous work experience with automated scheduling and registration applications.
