About the role

We are seeking a Patient Registration Specialist - Float to provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients
• Register and update patient demographics
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Scan documents into EHR
• Collect payments
• Verify insurance and referrals
• Answer incoming calls
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Support team operations in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and EHR systems
• Ability to multitask

Preferred experience

• Prior healthcare or medical office experience
