Job Summary

Join R1, a leader in healthcare technology solutions, as a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration. No healthcare background required—training provided. Flexible shifts available.

Shifts

• Week 1: Sunday 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, Wednesday 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Thursday & Friday 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
• Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Saturday 11:30 am to 10:00 pm

What You'll Do

• Work across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently
• Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately
• Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused
• Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details
• Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care situations
• Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements
