The Patient Registration Associate will support the operations at Highland Cardiology's Red Creek office.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient reception and registration
• Schedule appointments
• Answer and route incoming calls
• Manage insurance authorizations

Requirements

• Prior experience in a medical office setting
• Comfortable using EPIC

Qualifications

• AAS or diploma/certificate in Medical Secretary Science or equivalent experience
• Experience in medical office setting with proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Skills

• Familiarity with medical software systems
