About the Role

The Patient Registrar is responsible for ensuring accurate patient charting and maintaining patient records in the Epic system. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately chart patient information in the Epic system
• Maintain patient records and ensure their accuracy
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the Epic charting system
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
