Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding healthcare accounts
• Aid patients with payment arrangements and account resolution
• Research and resolve account questions and concerns
• Update patient information and account documentation
• Provide a positive, professional experience on every interaction
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
