Job Summary
The Patient Observer's role is to provide continuous close monitoring for behavioral management or protective management observation. This includes managing or observing patients who may pose a risk such as those at risk of suicide, suspicious or aggressive behavior, elopement, psychiatric patients, or those under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Observers may also be used in exceptional situations where standard interventions are insufficient to ensure patient safety.
Requirements
- Preferred High School Diploma
- Less than 2 years Required
- CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider
- Strong Communication Skills
