About the Role

Our Patient Navigators partner with our Care Team in helping our patients grow their families! Patient Navigators work hand-in-hand with our nursing team to provide patients with the information they need to approach their treatment cycle with confidence. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process to ensure a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans
  • Facilitate, track, and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures
  • Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients
  • Explain complex medical processes and terms in a digestible manner
  • Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment
  • Scheduling appointments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Passion for Reproductive Healthcare
  • Exceptional Communication Skills

Schedule

This is a full-time, non-exempt, onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The starting salary range for this role is $27–$30 per hour. Salary is based on several factors including job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and/or degrees.
