Join Emplify by Gundersen Health System as a Patient Liaison in our Oral Surgery and Dental Specialties team!

What's Available

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
• Shift: Monday–Friday, with one rotating day off each week.
• Hours vary between 6:30am-5:30pm
• Location: La Crosse(home base) with occasional travel to Onalaska and Winona.
• Some flexibility to work remotely, depending on clinic need.

What You Will Do

• Deliver LOVE + MEDICINE by creating exceptional first and last impressions for every patient
• Provide top-tier customer service through phone, in-person, and digital interactions
• Collaborate with providers, medical staff, and leadership to support patient care and clinic flow

What You Need

• A High School Diploma or equivalency
• One year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
