Introduction

This Work from Home position requires that you live and perform the duties of the position within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital. The hospitals are located in FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MO, NV, NH, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA.

    Job Summary and Qualifications

    • Speak with customers, patients and stakeholders.
    • Perform all components of call processing for inbound and outbound contacts while documenting those calls in the system.
    • Ensure performance and quality standards are met.
    • Receive constructive feedback and coaching.
    • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers and patients.
    • Support the vision and strategy of the contact center while positively promoting the services offered and elevating issues to contact center leadership.

    You will need:

    • One year of customer service experience preferred.
    • Work from home roles require employees must have high speed internet 60 MB download and 15 MB upload.
