• Lead and support patient services programs across multiple locations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
• Monitor operational performance, service quality, and team productivity.
• Promote patient satisfaction through patient rounding and service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with patients, families, clinical teams, and leadership to enhance the patient experience.
• Support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Leadership experience in healthcare, hospitality, food service, or a related environment.

Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.

Knowledge of patient services, food service operations, or healthcare environments is a plus.

Relevant certifications such as CDM, RD, or ServSafe® are preferred but not required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 / year based on experience

Pay Grade: 15
