Education Qualifications
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in health care, nursing, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Captures requests for information on medical conditions, medications, and diagnostic tests
- Facilitates coordination of patient transfers from referring facilities
- Coordinates all patient placement activity
- Provides clinical leadership and expertise to ensure proper patient placement
- Facilitates collegial relationships among nursing personnel and others
- Implements the vision, mission, plans, and standards of the organization and nursing services within their defined areas of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of healthcare experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
