Patient Flow Administrator (RN)

About the role

Responsible for managing the pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including inventory management, medication dispensing, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding prescription drug distribution and patient safety.
• Manage staff, set performance goals, and provide training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and medication access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in the state.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
