Key Responsibilities
- Provides positive and effective customer service to patients, families, and visitors
- Greets, screens, directs, and registers patients
- Schedules patient encounters, monitors daily schedules and coordinates flow to optimize patient experience
- Accurately collects, verifies, and records all patient demographic and insurance information
- Completes medication prior authorizations
- Completing routine clerical support as needed to the transplant unit
- Accurately record dialysis statistics in excel
- Fax/upload records as required
- Create patient encounter in Epic
- Order and stock supplies and inventory
- Processing Engineering requests
- Generating patient labels and identification bracelets

Pay
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, along with every other Saturday from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. When working a Saturday, the employee would have Wednesday off that same week.
