About the role
As a Patient Experience Coordinator at Vida Integrated Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every patient feels seen, supported, and confident in their care. Your primary responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with check-ins, managing appointment schedules, and providing a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Assist patients with paperwork and provide necessary information
- Facilitate smooth transitions between departments and providers
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all patients
- Handle inquiries and concerns from patients and staff
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient experiences and improve processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service or healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

Monday through Friday: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
