About the role
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Patient Experience Assistant, to provide excellent experiences of care for patients and families in acute care settings. This is accomplished through facilitating interventions to improve patient experience, such as frequent rounding to address comfort activities and customer service needs. The Patient Experience Assistant also provides a channel between the patient and the organization through which patients may seek potential solutions to problems and concerns related to the care provided.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- BLS from American Heart Association
