Patient Experience Concierge
Submit your application for the Patient Experience Concierge role at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and minimum 3 years of patient access, hotel, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience. Previous Patient Access experience is preferred.
What you will do in this role:
- Oversight of daily activities in the front desk and lobby areas
- Greeting and navigating patients and their guests upon arrival
- Aiding with the check-in process and monitoring the patient registration tracker
- Lobby rounding to ensure patients are informed about wait times and the area is clean, safe, and comfortable
- Encouraging and assisting with patient enrollment in the Patient Portal
- Empowering patients to make decisions and escalating issues as necessary
- Ensuring the best possible patient experience
- Providing patient flow updates to PTAC leadership
- Assisting in resolving real-time patient concerns
Qualifications you will need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of patient access, hotel, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
- Previous Patient Access experience preferred
