About the role

Nurture for Women is a fast-growing hormone and metabolic health practice dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to women. We are seeking a Patient Experience & Relationships Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture patient relationships by being the consistent, familiar point of contact for questions, concerns, or scheduling needs.
  • Check in proactively after first visits and key milestones, ensuring patients feel supported and informed.
  • Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and rebookings with warmth and clear boundaries on the provider's behalf.
  • Lead onboarding calls for new members, guiding them through their membership and setting them up for success.
  • Identify and address patient engagement issues early, working closely with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Coordinate office and schedule operations, including managing the day-to-day schedule and supporting patient handoffs between providers.
  • Support membership and billing processes, including card-on-file setup, invoicing follow-up, and clear communication about plans and pricing.
  • Promote and manage the practice's educational sessions, ensuring patient attendance and follow-up.
  • Help with hiring logistics, including job postings, applicant tracking, and scheduling interviews.
  • Bring innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the development of patient communication, onboarding, and overall experience programs.

Requirements

  • An extroverted, naturally warm communicator, comfortable with sensitive conversations and maintaining professionalism.
  • Highly organized and self-starter, capable of building structure and process where none exists yet.
  • Genuinely tech-savvy, comfortable with practice management software, project tools, and AI tools for communication and resource building.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with patient information.
  • Local to the practice and able to work in-person.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical, wellness, or membership-based business is a plus.
  • Sales or client-facing retail experience is a plus.
