About the Role
As a full-time Patient Estimate Specialist/Financial Counselor, you will contact all patients prior to service to provide estimates based on their benefits and assist walk-in patients or family members with billing questions or concerns.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in patient account services; hospital experience preferred.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
