About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Patient Engagement Specialist I to join our rapidly growing team. This role involves supporting patients in their care journey through convenient, at-home services. Key responsibilities include reviewing and following up on inbound requests, making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, educating patients on the importance of their services, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Skills And Requirements
- At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, including at least 1 year in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Zendesk and Five9 (preferred)
