About the role
The Patient Engagement Coordinator is responsible for enhancing patient engagement through various initiatives and programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care experiences
- Conduct outreach to patients to gather feedback and suggestions
- Manage patient satisfaction surveys and analyze results
- Prepare reports on patient engagement activities and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in patient care or healthcare administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
