Patient Engagement Associate Director, Design And Innovation (Sponsor Dedicated/ Remote - US Based)

For our client, we are seeking a Patient Engagement Associate Director, Design And Innovation to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. In this remote US-based role, you will lead patient-focused design and innovation efforts that shape clinical trial strategy and enhance the overall patient experience. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen recruitment, retention, inclusion, and advocacy across global development programs. The role also supports external engagement with patient groups and contributes to policy and regulatory conversations that influence patient engagement practices. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $114,000 – $210,900 annually Responsibilities Drive a global strategy for patient-focused trial design and experience enhancement Develop sponsor-side patient recruitment and retention strategies Analyze the patient journey and co-design engagement initiatives to improve trial outcomes Manage strategies for strengthening representation and inclusion across diverse therapeutic areas Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among key internal stakeholders Provide strategic input into policy and regulatory initiatives related to patient engagement Engage with patient advocacy groups and external stakeholders to build advocacy and trust Qualifications 5+ years of experience in patient engagement or patient-centric clinical trial strategy within a pharmaceutical company Strong understanding of global clinical development and regulatory frameworks Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional leaders and driving enterprise change Proven ability to design and execute global, multi-functional patient engagement initiatives Exceptional communication skills to translate complex concepts into clear strategies Benefits Company car or car allowance Health benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision 401k company match Eligibility for Employee Stock Purchase Plan Commissions or bonuses based on performance Flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
