Patient Dining Associate (Full Time)

About the Role

Provide meal services in a healthcare setting by assisting patients with menu choices, assembling and delivering meals, and ensuring accuracy, safety, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menus and make meal choices.
• Coordinate with nursing and culinary teams to meet special dietary needs.
• Manage tray tickets and ensure order accuracy.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients on special diets.
• Communicate patient concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds and maneuver food carts.
• Capable of performing essential duties with or without accommodations.
