Patient Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks and online leads
- Create a positive phone call experience for each caller
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere
- Anticipate provider’s next steps
- Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Healthcare Experience required
- Medical Receptionist Experience preferred
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred
- Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent patient relation and customer services skills
- Professional, reliable, and dedicated employee
- Prior experience working in a dermatology / medical environment preferred
- Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends

Schedule
- Full time, 30+ hours
- Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays within operating hours of 7am-7pm
- Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment needed
Pay
Hourly Pay Range: $15-$18.50
