The Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient flow
• Verify medical and vision insurances
• Effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and managers
• Answer inquiries through phone, email, and in person

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Favorable result on Background Check
• Basic computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excitement to learn and grow

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous, professional manner
• Desire to gain industry knowledge and training
• Ability to grow, adapt, and accept change
• Commitment to work over 40 hours to meet the needs of the business
• Reliable transportation
