About the role
The Patient Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to ensure smooth operations at the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Handle patient inquiries and appointments
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
