The Role
The Patient Coordinator will assist in managing the front desk operations of SportsMed Physical Therapy, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients and visitors by answering inquiries and scheduling/appending appointments.
- Optimize patient satisfaction and provider time by completing insurance verifications and ensuring availability of treatment information.
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

Benefits
This position starts part-time with potential to grow into a full-time position with benefits. Pay range is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
