About the role

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support. They assist patients with their medical needs, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration and scheduling
• Provide information about hospital policies and procedures
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow
• Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, allied health, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant healthcare experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer literacy
