Role Summary
As a Patient Coordinator at Great Strides Rehabilitation, you will welcome patients, schedule appointments, answer questions, maintain records, and communicate with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous healthcare or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
