Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and communications
- Coordinate care plans and referrals
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and referring physicians
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in healthcare administration or patient services preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
