Patient Concierge/ Patient Services Rep

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments
• Verify demographic and financial information
• Complete patient registration in the EHR system
• Collect detailed medical histories
• Provide patients with accurate expectations regarding exam visits
• Carefully coordinate care with other services
• Triage calls to clinical staff
• Manage documentation and follow-up

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year of general office experience in a healthcare setting, Ophthalmology preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Demonstrate excellence in communication skills and the ability to convey ideas and information, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
